The programme includes a 3-month structured paid internship with UAE partner hotels and hospitality establishments, where learners rotate through departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B, engaging in daily live hotel operations.
Apply SOPs and service procedures in live UAE hotel environments
Develop a logbook of daily responsibilities and professional reflections
Receive mentorship and performance evaluations from experienced UAE hotel supervisors
Submit a final internship presentation and report
