The programme includes a 3-month structured paid internship with UAE travel agencies, tour operators, airline support services, and destination management companies - where learners apply classroom knowledge in live, client-facing environments.
Apply classroom concepts to live booking, itinerary planning, and destination coordination processes
Interact with clients, suppliers, and reservation systems under professional supervision
Support documentation, visa coordination, travel logistics, and customer service activities
Complete an internship logbook recording daily learning and responsibilities
Receive mentorship and structured performance evaluations from UAE travel industry supervisors
Submit a final internship presentation and report
